英区 apple 502 是因为梯子不行吗？

- 想弄一个英区的 appleid
- 开了全局代理，梯子是英国的
- 官网能进去但是一点击“Manage Your Apple ID” 就 502
- 换了 2 个梯子都不行
- Safari 和 chrome 缓存都清理过了，语言也换成英语了还不行
- 是梯子的原因吗？有没有靠谱的梯子推荐一下？
