Alfred 偶发无响应问题

Apple M2 Pro 芯片使用的 5.5 版本程序，最近半年发现时不时就出现 Alfred 无响应，无响应问题持续两分钟左右就自动恢复了。这个期间 Alfred 的所有功能都不能用。有没有遇到过这样问题的老哥，怎么能解决？
