试了下通过转换成HTML进行互转，没有图片的还好，有图片的不知道怎么搞

md 导出为 HTML 页面，然后复制粘贴到 doc 里是可行的，反向的操作就很难了

除非你把docx转成html，然后直接把后缀改成.md…… |

docx好像只是pandoc的输出格式，不能作为输入格式（大图http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/diagram.png）
从docx转出可用unoconv，需OpenOffice / LibreOffice |

docx那些字体啊，数学公式之类的不可能转成md吧

恐怕很难，docx 的表达能力远超 Markdown...
