好像手机玩多了，拇指关节

    把右手大拇指向小拇指底部弯，正常应该无论多么使劲都不会导致拇指关节疼，但是现在有点。 让大拇指单独做圆周旋转，也会疼。

    手坏了么 ORz..

    这个大拇指打字，肝画图多了最近。。
