iPhone QQ 导致卡机

如题，从 5s 到 6 、 plus 到 7 用 qq 都会导致手机卡机，具体表现为 qq 内部无反应，切换到桌面就自动重载，此时点击其他 app 也感觉反应变慢。 qq 删除重装也一样，难道是因为每次都恢复备份的原因？求教一下有没有解决办法，谢谢

我遇到过 4 万多条信息未读卡死
