语言规范定义了。
两个值用+操作符，首先要转化成原始值类型，用到里内部函数 ToPrimitive 。
这种情况下对象转化为原始值类型调用对象 toString()方法或 ValueOf()方法。

[]的 toString 继承自 Array.prototype.toString ，方法的定义在
http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/7.0/index.html#sec-array.prototype.tostring

Let array be ? ToObject(this value).
Let func be ? Get(array, "join").
If IsCallable(func) is false, let func be the intrinsic function %ObjProto_toString%.
Return ? Call(func, array).

意思就是返回调用 join 方法的值
空数组[].join()的值就是 ""

所以[]+[] === ""在 runtime 时处理的操作就是讲两个空数组转换为原始值类型相加，再与右边比较
