看来 win8 和 win10 的版本更新每次都有问题。这次的升级后 edge 启动失败：服务器 Microoft.MicrosoftEdge_40.15063.0.0_neutral_8wekyb3d8bbwe!ContentProcess 没有在要求的超时时间内向 DCOM 注册

重新注册 Edge 无效。对 DCOM 组件完全不懂，搞不定，回退了。
