反正 torrent 就是去中心化的，我就想如果仿照 Mastodon 做一套去中心化 torrent 站点，大家彼此同步 torrent，这样就最大限度保证了可访问性。
有大神能搞一个让伸手党有个 torrent 下载的地方么？
