react-native APP,为什么我的 APP Header 会被 android 的 status bar 遮挡住呢？

最近在学 rn , 实验性的学开发 APP，遇到一个情况，效果如图：

可以看到我的“练习” 被挡到了一部分，请问这是为什么呢？
