win10 卓越性能模式重启都要手动开启

    每次切换到卓越性能模式之后，长时间关机再开机就会回到高性能模式，不懂是个什么原理，唯一应该会影响的软件应该是 XTU，可是在 XTU 里改了还是一样的效果。 各位有没有碰到过。
