一安装 PGP(Symantec Encryption Desktop)，其他程序就打不开了，除非管理员模式

诸位有碰过吗，安装了 Symantec Endpoint Desktop 后，Chrome 浏览器就打不开了，Edge 也是；然后去程序目录以管理员权限运行才能打开。是 PGP 修改了电脑里的什么策略吗？卸载了就一切正常。有没有遇到过的，求指点~
