2021 年末，有没有适合中老年人的手表或手环设备？

看到之前有人发的这个帖子 https://www.v2ex.com/t/452530 ，不过时间已经蛮久了，已经不太适合当下
最近想为家里老人配一个，由于本人常年 iOS 设备，对安卓手表或手环不了解
需求如下：
1.个人原因不考虑华为产品🙏
2.有基本的健康检测功能：睡眠、心率、血氧、心电图等...
3.续航越久越好
4.使用简单
5.可以连接 app 并第三方查看（我）
