chrome 居然有自带的语音转录功能

最近在听英语的 podcast ，由于水平有限。很多地方听的不明白。然后想到之前在 github 上看到过很多语音转录文字的项目。本想着用这些开源项目，自己动手做个小工具。
然而今天在用 chrome 自带音视频管理工具时，发现有个语音转录的功能。尝试了下，体验很好。文字不会落后声音太多。刚好能和自己的理解做对比。
