购房定金还有认购书问题?

    大家好，父亲在老家看房，还是通过亲戚，给了楼盘销售转了 1 万块钱，但是认购书写的是我的名字，需要我签字，如果我不签这个认购书的话，这个 1 万块钱的所谓"定金"能退吗?
