请教大佬们一个关于 macos 安装 lxml 异常的问题

刚在 requirements.txt 加了 lxml 后，macos 安装支持库时，老是报错

src/lxml/etree.c:262403:23: error: no member named 'exc_type' in 'struct _err_stackitem'

想问下有没有什么解决方法？

我用的 miniconda 里的 python 环境，pip 安装正常，系统是 12.6.8
