我之前 gap 了半年，后面入职了是基本跟上一份薪资基本持平的，但是总的来说还是下降了。手上没有多份 offer 的话很难叫的起价。

我建议你离开武汉，选择北上广深。我去年在武汉找了半年没有合适的，基本都是长期要出差，面试机会也很少，简历投了根本没反馈。于是我又跑回深圳了，一周之内就入职了。武汉是地狱模式，快跑。
