现在也是自己创业，类似楼主公司性质，公司因为一些原因注册在外地，现在大家都是找的第三方公司代缴社保和公积金。除了几个一起合伙的同学，最近正儿八经新招了一个前端。情况我们都如实跟他说了，本身就是双向选择。楼主能理解就好，不能理解也没关系，上不了道德层面，好聚好散就行了。
