AndroidStudio 需要下载的镜像也不需要 fq，日常运营商网络环境就行。

建议不要用 idea 搭建 Android 环境，AndroidStudio 本身就是官方指定的 IDE，还是免费的，IDEA 还需要花钱买 license，然后自己配置 sdk 环境，费力还不讨好。

我代表不了其他人，但是我敢说有过「放弃工作读研」想法的人，多得是，因为我曾经有过这个想法，我现在的妻子也是。
回过头来评价当初的自己，就俩字，幼稚。
说白了当初的自己就是想逃避，总觉得「重新修炼（考研）」就能摆脱当前认知的束缚，重新夯实基础，以更扎实的专业能力进入一个我更认可的公司，然后和更优秀的团队成员，共同面对更强大的挑战，一步步朝最终目标（财富自由、技术改变世界）走去。
但问题是，现实中有这么理想的事吗，别的不说，开发时就算是每次都进行了全方位的预估，总还是会遇到各种各样预料不到的问题，计划总是赶不上变化。

我并非质疑楼主 Leader 的能力，因为我也遇到过太多太多优秀的开发者，他们在自己的专业领域都是专家级的，但是现实社会中 IT 行业，年轻人就是占绝大多数，只有少数的中年人（ 35 岁+？）借着个人能力以及机遇才能够走到最后。那么问题来了，剩下来的那些中年人呢。
今天看到知乎上一个回答：

其中有一句话感慨良深：

绝大多数的普通人都在拼命活着，「努力」真的不是改变命运的关键因素，非要说为什么还有那么多人推崇「努力」，可能是因为相比缥缈的「机遇」而言，「努力」更廉价吧。
说了这么多不是打击和嘲讽，我想说的是，相比较努力，更应该尝试抓住每一个「机遇」，B 轮 2 个亿，说实话不错了，如果真的做起来，将来有机会被 BAT 收购合并，我比较肤浅，可能会尝试多观望一下，平时借机会多和「刚进公司的几个大佬」交流交流，扩展一下自己的圈子，而不是把所有精力集中在「技术」本身上。
当然，如果楼主本身就已经将自己未来的目标规划的很明确了，那么就忽视我所说的这些，按自己的规划来，不要辜负自己的人生，加油。

楼主提问的前提是「而且没有学术追求，未来也是希望出来找工作」，其实我的回答是偏题的，但是我还是希望把我自己真实的想法说出来，希望做个参考吧。
以前我觉得「生活更有趣」，搞「学术」真没劲，但是搞应用工程多了，发现还是「探索未知」更有意思。

楼上其实已经说的很清楚了，继续深造提升的不止是眼前的收益，更重要的是提升「视野」。
我本科毕业，从事开发近 4 年了，虽然不多，但是自认为也足够努力，但是说实话，我这辈子能达到的高度，也就那样了，再努力，也就那样了，泯然众人，碌碌一生。
如果再给我一次机会选择，是否读研？我会 10000%回答，读，不止读研，我还要读他妈的博士，现在的人生真的太没意思了。
楼上其实已经说的很清楚了，继续深造提升的不止是眼前的收益，更重要的是提升「视野」。
