照片都在本地，iCloud 照片是关闭的，所以没有优化储存空间，和网络也没关系，看来是我这台单独的问题，谢谢大家

@BlackCode iCloud 照片是关闭的，现在怀疑是 iOS14.4.2 的原因，刚才试了下 app store 上下滑动也是卡卡的，整个系统都不流畅，照片尤其严重
