@catamaran 设置好边界条件，写好 agents 文件就可以。我一般让 sol/astra 作为主对话窗口，让它依据难度调用 terra 或者 luna 作为子 agent 来进行工作，自己只负责高难工作和审核操作，有时候甚至能节省一些 token

用 goal 模式就可以避免这个问题。你直接告诉 codex ，把 task list 设置为 goal ，或者/goal 你的 tasklist 。

@Sunyin win 控 mac 是有方案的 ，目前我在用 parsec ，软件免费，体验近乎完美（但是不能无头使用 mac ，parsec 自带的显示驱动只有 1080p ）
